A fire has gutted the Second Campus Market of Benue State University, Makurdi, leading to significant property damage.
The fire, which broke out in the late hours of the evening on Thursday, June 19, destroyed several shops and stalls.
As at the time of filing in this report, the cause of the fire was not yet known, nor the extent of damage ascertained.
