In line with the Delta State Government’s zero tolerance for Human Trafficking and Irregular Migration, the State Taskforce Chaired by the Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Ekemejero Owhovoriole, SAN, on Friday released telephone hotlines to enable volunteer whistle blowers and victims to reach out to the Taskforce for quick response and assistance.
The Chairman of the Taskforce urged victims and volunteer whistle blowers across the state to call the following telephone numbers;

Justice Owhovoriole stated that bringing the perpetrators of this crime to book will be difficult if cases of trafficking in persons are not reported.
He urged victims and good citizens of the State who suspect any trafficking case including illegal adoptions or sale of babies to report them to the aforementioned contacts or visit Secretariat of the Taskforce at the Anti-human trafficking Unit of the State Ministry of Justice at No 26B Ogbolu Onuwka Street (SSS road), Asaba for immediate assistance.
Justice Owhovoriole gave an assurance that individual identity will be protected.
