Renowned cleric and Lead Pastor of Streams of Joy International, Pastor Jerry Eze, has led a special New Year prayer session to officially unveil the Cubana Millennium City, a major real estate development located in Asaba, the Delta state capital.
The prayer session, held at the project site, marked the formal dedication and opening of the development for the 2026 business year.
Stakeholders, partners, and invited guests were in attendance as Pastor Jerry Eze declared 2026 a year of divine acceleration for the project, praying for peace, protection, and God’s continuous favour over all who would live, work, and invest in the city.
Pastor Eze, widely known for the New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations, NSPPD, described the Cubana Millennium City as a bold vision anchored on purpose, lasting impact, and generational value.
He prayed for the initiator of the project and Chairman of the Cubana Group, Chief Obinna Iyiegbu, asking God to grant him wisdom, increase, and grace for the speedy completion of the project.
Chief Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, said there was no better way to begin the New Year than committing such a transformational project into God’s hands, noting that the city would drive urban expansion, job creation, and economic growth in the state.
Strategically located along the Benin–Asaba–Onitsha Expressway and close to the Asaba International Airport, Cubana Millennium City is designed as a fully integrated city, combining residential, commercial, leisure, and hospitality facilities and is positioned as one of the most ambitious private-sector real estate developments in the South-South-South region.
