The Chairman Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Limited, Hon. Dr. Amb Jude Omena Ogbimi, has joined family, friends, and well-wishers to celebrate the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Sen. Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa on the occasion of his 66th Birthday Anniversary.
Dr. Ogbimi, who is a former member representing Isoko North State Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, in his goodwill message, described Sen. Okowa as a dynamic leader, trailblazer and a shinning light in the polity of Delta State, whose impact has remained untainted.
