…Reiterates Commitment to Building More Prosperous Aniocha/Oshimili

‎As Nigeria celebrates Democracy Day, the immediate past Minority Leader in the House of Representatives, Rt Hon.  Ndudi Elumelu has called on the people of Aniocha / Oshimili to continue to uphold the values of peace, unity, and civic responsibility.

‎Rt Hon Elumelu made the call in a message to the people of Aniocha / Oshimili  on Thursday June 12, to mark the 2025 Democracy Day celebration.

‎He commended the support and dedication of the people to the nation’s democratic journey over the years, saying that he was humbled by the privilege to serve them.

‎”I extend my heartfelt greetings and profound gratitude for your steadfast support, trust, and dedication to our shared democratic journey over the years.

‎As your son and brother, I am deeply humbled by the privilege of serving you and of standing alongside you in the ongoing pursuit of progress, equity, and good governance”.

‎He said Democracy flourished only when the people are heard, respected, and empowered adding that the resilience and nobility demonstrated by the people of Aniocha/Oshimili, remained a shining example of democratic excellence.

‎”In every election, town hall meeting, and community engagement, your voices have shaped the course of our collective aspirations. Your trust is not something I take lightly. It continues to inspire my commitment to advocating for inclusive development, youth and women empowerment, improved infrastructure, and across our beloved constituency.

‎”As we move forward, I urge us to continue to uphold the values of peace, unity, and civic responsibility.

‎Rt Hon Elumelu urged the people to stay vigilant, actively engaged, and united in their resolve to protect and strengthen the nation’s democracy, in order to secure a brighter future for generations to come.

‎He expressed  commitment in building a more prosperous Aniocha /Oshimili.

‎”We have accomplished much together, but the work continues. I remain devoted to being your voice, your advocate, and your committed partner in building a more prosperous Aniocha/Oshimili” he said.
