DSS Releases Carpenter Cleared of Terror Links, Approves ₦3m Compensation
The Department of State Services has released carpenter Mustapha Marwana after an investigation found no evidence linking him to Ansaru terrorist activities, approving an initial ₦3 million compensation to support his reintegration.
