The Office of Hon. Nnamdi Ezechi, Member Representing Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency, has invited all persons who may have been previously demobilised under the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) and are indigenes of Ndokwa East, Ndokwa West, and Ukwuani Local Government Areas to urgently submit required documents for verification and further consideration under relevant reintegration efforts.
The documents include:
1. Demobilisation Certificate – issued at the point of disarmament.
2. UN Code – assigned during profiling and disarmament.
3. PAP Identification Card – issued under the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
4. Proof of Physical Verification Exercise – any official evidence showing that verification was conducted.
In a public notice dated 30th June 2025, the office noted that the documents were crucial for authentication and future engagement in any ongoing or future programmes targeted at affected individuals and communities.
It added that all submissions should be made in person to:

It noted that the submission was a preliminary documentation process and does not guarantee automatic inclusion into any programme as further directives will be issued as appropriate.
