Minister of Defence, General Christopher Gwabin Musa (Rtd), OFR, described the occasion as “the heartbeat of our military tradition, where pride in present achievements meets reverence for past sacrifices.”
He assured troops of the President and Commander-in-Chief’s unwavering commitment to their welfare, operational support, and the modernisation of the Armed Forces.

Held in Abuja, the event brought together the highest military leadership, including Service Chiefs and the Chief of Defence Intelligence, in a celebration of unity, discipline, and regimental pride.
The dinner night combined solemn remembrance with camaraderie, reinforcing bonds and renewing the Armed Forces’ resolve to serve the nation with honour and professionalism. NIM
